Rendezvous and selection of the right employee to meet the objectives and culture of an organization is a challenging and risky process. This is not a simple process of sourcing candidates with the skill or experience. The attitude and behaviour of a candidate determines his level of fitment within the requirements. For finding the “best fit” candidate, we follow a rigorous process. We broadly classify our Permanent Recruitments into four categories.

  • Random Hiring

These would be specific selection assignments at middle level across all industry verticals. These assignments would be based on job descriptions received, understanding of organization culture and other critical factors to avoid disparity.

  • Executive Search

These would be specific executive search assignments at senior level based on a thorough understanding of the job specifications, organization culture and other critical attributes required for the specific position. The head hunting team comprising of our country managers, Sr. Managers would handle these assignments.

  • Advertised Hiring

These assignments are taken on and are completely dependant on urgency of the requirements. The procedure would be start from obtaining approval for the advertisement from client and would go through various phases like releasing the advt.  Short listing of profiles.  Preliminary and final interviews, follow ups and MIS on the output.

  • Project Hiring

These assignments are on a project or turnkey basis and are a combination of the above 3 services. It includes profile validation,  psychometric tests, coordination and reporting. Campus hiring would also be offered under such assignments.
